Founded in 1999, Wuxi HanKwang Electric Co. Ltd., a China-Korea joint venture, is situated at Luoshe Town, Huishan District, Wuxi City, by the side of scenic Taihu Lake in the south area of Jiangsu Province which enjoys highly developed economy and transportation.
The company has introduced the automatic transfer switch equipment (ATSE for short) technology from Korea, and also has put it into production and operations. It has a production capability ranging from 40A to 3200A electric current, and has become one of the ATSE manufacturers with the most complete product series. In 2001, the company participated in drawing up GB/T14048.11-2002, namely the current ATSE standards that provides guidance for the standardization of domestic ATSE products, and it also engages itself in the front line of the ATSE industry with courage and confidence throughout its endeavors to leap forward.
Since April 1st, 2002, the company has established and implemented quality control system in accordance with ISO9001: 2000 standards to provide safe and reliable products for users, and in the year 2002, it successfully passed the certification.
It is the constant pursuit of Wuxi HanKwang to offer users with fast switching products of reliable quality and to meet their needs to the largest extent.
The company and Korea Hankwang Electric Co., Ltd. have formed an interaction system of “R&D and technology transfer” to speed up both the process and efficiency of R&D by means of mutual technical supports and resource sharing. So far, the Company has developed a series of new products including ATSE under 40A, new generation (Q type) ATSE above 630A and the small sized household ATSE which has self possessed control function and requires simply external connections. These products can not only satisfy the requirements of users in a better way, but also reduce their cost enormously, thereby receiving positive response from the market.
“To regard products as pieces of art, and quality as uppermost important” is the pursuit of every HanKwang people on products and the quality concept as well. In order to realize this goal, we carry out each process from design to production by laying emphasis on preventative measures so as to forestall quality problems, and by attaching importance to the management of each process to achieve the expected targets. Adhering to people-oriented concept, we also make our best to satisfy users’ needs to the maximum extent. As far as the after-sale service is concerned, our principle is to find solutions for our users within the shortest time and at the highest efficiency, for which an after-sale “time limitation system” was established.
Through years of endeavors, our products have won recognition of the markets; in addition, our company also grew up through the ups and downs in the market, and consolidated our leading position in the industry.
From the date of its establishment until the time when its overall management was put onto right track, Wuxi HanKwang made progresses step by step, taken innovation as the key to the company’s development, and strived for building up self-owned intellectual property rights. The company was elected “Wuxi Hi-tech Enterprise” and “Jiangsu Province Private Hi-tech Enterprise”; in addition, the products were honored as “Wuxi Famous Brand Products” and “Jiangsu Province Hi-tech Products”, and were also listed in the “Jiangsu Torch Plan Projects”. Our products have obtained over 20 patents including design patents and utility models. Taking into consideration the current situations of domestic intellectual property rights protection, we have taken proper measures to strengthen and protect our intellectual property rights in various ways in order to protect the fundamental benefits of both the company and customers. At the same time, we kindly suggest our customers to identify the ATSE products with genuine “HanKwang” logo.
In 2008, our company launched the product series including NQ ATSE, insulation switches and “HANCESS” surge protecting devices, aiming at optimizing product structure and improving the utility ratio of resources; as a result, two product brands- “HANKWANG” and “HANCESS” came into being.
